Another method to remove the user account and profile in Windows11 is through the Advanced System settings. With this method, you must delete the user account first; then, you can remove the user profile. To delete the user account:

- Write the Lusrmgr.MSC in the Run and click OK. You will see the below window.
- Open the users’ folder and find the intended user account—write-click on the user you want to delete. Click on the Delete option.
- A tiny window pops up asking for your confirmation; click Yes.
Now you have deleted the user account. But the user profile still exists, and it is time to delete it.
- Search for the Advanced System Settings in the search box and open it.
- In the System Properties Window, click on the Settings button under the User Profile section in the advanced tab.
- Since you have deleted the user account, the user profile is known as Account unknown. Select the user profile and click on the Delete button.
- Confirm the Delete and close the wizard.
